Roger Shideler
CEO and Founder Roger Shideler has been in the fine wine business for the better part of three decades. He has the memory of an elephant and is as hard a worker as you will find anywhere in the industry. Known as “Papa” to his many grandchildren, Roger loves spending time with his big family, running long distances, and putting in quality hours on the river fishing in Alaska.
Kelsey Shideler
Behind every good man is a better woman, and nobody personifies that more than CFO Kelsey Shideler. Wife of Roger, Kelsey is the boss both at home and in the office and works wonders keeping the team grounded and on track. When not in the office, “Grammy” serves as the family matriarch spending as much time as possible with her kids and grandchildren, and sipping on great Champagne by the pool.
Anthony Shideler
Born and raised in the heart of wine country, Anthony has spent his entire life immersed in the vines. With a strong background in journalism and language studies, Anthony has an uncanny knack for bringing the stories to life that make many of these rare wines from around the world so special. When out of the office, you can find Anthony working the garden at home with his wife, winemaker Kristina Shideler, and their two small children, as well as in the mountains with his bow and on the river with his pole working on keeping the freezer full.
