You can update your account information by logging into My Account from the top of the My Account page then clicking “Update Account,” “Shipping Addresses,” or “Billing Information.”

Legally, wine can only be delivered when someone 21 or older is present to sign for the delivery. Signees do not need to be the person whose name is on the package, but they may have to show proof of age. If this is not possible at a customer’s home, No Limit Fine Wines is happy to address your shipment(s) to a work address during normal delivery hours.

In most cases, No Limit Fine Wines offers four delivery options – Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air. The estimated delivery times and costs of these options can vary based on the weight, value and availability of products. We generally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid your package spending the weekend in a warm warehouse. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Physical address are required for all wine deliveries. In most cases the shipping will be charged when wine ships. 

When placing an order, all delivery options available for your shipment will appear during the “Confirm Order” step of the checkout process. 

IMPORTANT: Please note that shipping charges are dependent upon weight, value and method of shipment, and shipping is not typically included or charged until your wine ships. 

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from NLFW (No Limit Fine Wines) to the purchaser in the State of California and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from California to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the wine, NLFW is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser. By utilizing this service from NLFW, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that he/she has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and once again authorizes that he/she is 21 years of age.

When extreme weather conditions between our warehouse and a shipping destination could adversely affect wine in transit, No Limit Fine Wines may place a temporary Weather Hold on orders shipping to or through affected states.

We apologize for the inconvenience such delays may cause our customers, and will be watching the weather closely so as to resume shipping affected orders as soon as conditions permit.

If you choose to override a Weather Hold placed on your order, we recommend upgrading your shipping to Next Day Air so your wine spends as little time as possible in extreme weather conditions. When orders are released from Weather Hold at the customer’s request, No Limit Fine Wines will not accept responsibility for damage that items may suffer due to extreme temperatures in transit, and will not replace these items at our expense.

If you make an error in ordering, please contact us immediately. There will be a 15% restocking/cancellation fee enforced for any order that is cancelled by the customer, including pre-arrival orders.  In cases where items have been specially ordered, order cancellation may be further limited or disallowed. After the wine is in your possession for at least 6 months, we are unable to accept returns for any reason. We do not accept returns on any bottles that have been previously opened.

Sales tax is charged for all orders shipped to addresses in California.  Sales taxes may be charged for shipments into other states where such laws apply.  Shipment to some countries outside of the United States requires the payment of duties by the recipient.  Recipients outside the United States are required to know and comply with the laws of their countries.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Due to variations in condition and sourcing, different bottles of the same wine may occasionally be posted with different prices. Due to the real time nature of our website, items are not removed from our inventory until after successful ‘check out’.

We are happy to store all client purchases free of charge in our temperature-controlled warehouse in the case of inclement weather or to allow clients to build up to a full case before shipping.
